nothings

The rooms are large and clean.

There is no restaurant or coffee shop.

The location is very nice and it is surrounded by a lot of very nice restaurants. The apartment is very spacious and inviting for a longer stay!I’m sure I will come back!

The staff is nice and helpful, especially Laxman.

There is construction being done behind the hotel, so we couldn't walk straight to marina. We had to go around through the metro station, which was an extra 20 mins detour walking.

Very clean place with complete amenities. The room is huge and super comfortable, which made the stay really enjoyable. Everything was well maintained and easy to use. Would definitely stay here again!

Comfortable and very good value for money. Room comfortable and has all smart tvs and satisfactory kitchen facilities.

Swimming pool and kitchen requires decent coffee maker.

paid lake view room and there was no lake, the views where construction sites

Clean & spacious

Housekeeping till 5 pm. Reservation staff leaves at 6 pm

Excellent cooperative team, clean rooms, spacious, full of appliances.

Room was very spacious and well furnished with amenities. Convenient location

Hotel itself is good enough, large clear rooms, daily cleaning, nice bathroom, fully equipped kitchen… but in front of the hotel is a building under construction, so it’s very loud 24/7, we can’t sleep all our stay! We asked quiet room, but they don’t give it, so if you like to sleep at night choose another hotel.

Very loud even with closed windows, can’t sleep and sit on balcony.

Location and so clean

Small shower

The place was very spacious, someone can rest at this spot. There are two bathrooms which wins a lot of time when 2 people are trying to get ready to go out at the same time. You can order a delicious breakfast from the coffee shop downstairs who were very kind and helpful. There is a supermarket right opposite this place. It is very quiet and comfortable. It is very close to the Palm

Nothing negative worth mentioning

Lovely hotel, helpful staff, amazing view, fulfilling all our requests and amazing location close to metro

Two simple things:- furniture is a bit outdated but it’s not that bad- to enter the parking needs to bell the ring and wait till someone open the gate for you it generally was fast but it’s better if every guest had his own gate opener card

Passable

A payment was deducted from my account from an unknown company after 2 days of my booking, I contacted the hotel through their page on booking.com to check if it referred to my booking but didn't receive any response, due to this, I had to cancel my bank card and issue a new one in case my card details was hacked. upon my arrival at the hotel, I found that this transaction was related to my booking and I had to go through a new payment arrangement to pay for the hotel, and void the previous transaction which will not be refunded before 2 weeks.

Huge apartment, but it’s really cozy, clean, well equipped and comfortable for staying; friendly and hospitable staff, trying to satisfy all your requests; cozy balcony where you can have a cup of coffee/tea, breakfast; well equipped gym; great location in the vicinity of the Marina mall and metro station, plenty of groceries, restaurants and bars

There is no sauna in such big hotel, swimming pool was closed
